Responsibilities

• Operate a multiline telephone and paging system, answer calls, and route to the appropriate party.
• Greet and direct all visitors; ensure sign-in and compliance as needed.
• Maintain accurate files and listings of residents, on-call personnel, and department extensions.
• Respond to inquiries about job openings, distribute applications, and provide information about the facility.
• Receive, sort, and forward mail; coordinate mail pickup and delivery.
• Report resident concerns and suspicious behavior to the relevant supervisor.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Keep lobby and workstation organized and hazard-free.
• Report hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, and supply issues.
