Gretchen Robertson State Farm in Okeechobee, FL seeks a full-time Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for customers. You will keep the front desk running smoothly, manage schedules, and handle daily communications, ensuring everyone who calls or walks in feels well taken care of.

This role offers hands-on training, a positive team environment, and real opportunity to grow in the insurance business.

Competenze

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude.

• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person and answer incoming calls as the first point of contact for the agency
• Manage the front desk, appointment scheduling, and daily office communications
• Direct customer requests to the right team member and follow up to resolve
• Handle routine service requests such as payments, policy questions, and billing inquiries
• Log calls, notes, and customer updates in the agency system daily
• Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly day to day
