Location is Madison; hours Monday–Thursday, 7 am–5 pm. Required education includes a high school diploma and 1–2 years of medical reception experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of medical reception experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients at the front desk.
• Register new patients and update demographics with required documents.
• Answer phones with professional etiquette and direct calls as needed.
• Verify health benefits with approved providers.
• Process payments for services and products.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow with clinical staff.
• Keep reception area organized and stocked.
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent patient experience.
• Maintain and transmit medical records and referrals.
