Job summary

Front Desk Receptionists are the first point of contact for patients in the office, handling greetings, scheduling, and checking patients in and out for their appointments, with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Medical Reception experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients as they arrive for appointments.
• Register new patients and update existing patient demographics by collecting necessary documentation.
• Answer the phone with polite, consistent phone etiquette; direct calls as necessary.
• Facilitate patient flow by notifying clinical staff of patient arrival and delays; check patients in/out.
