Job summary

Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Naples, FL is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Spa Specialist to provide friendly, professional guest service at the resort. You will handle check-ins/outs, process charges, and assist guests with information, directions, and reservations to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

This role emphasizes accuracy in billing, cash handling, and teamwork, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused property managed by Troon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of lodging system applications.

Responsibilities

• Post all charges to guest bills.
• Check guests in and out per procedures.
• Promote activities and events and provide information about the resort.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions.
• Account for cash, checks and card receipts; manage folios and paperwork.
• Assist with administrative duties such as faxing and copying; answer the phone.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Spa Specialist:

• Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
• Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
• Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
• Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
• Answers guest questions and provides directions.
• Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
• Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
• Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
• Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
• Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Spa Specialist:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of lodging system application.
