Job summary

Troon Golf, LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a Server to provide warm, efficient dining service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will greet guests, explain daily specials, take orders, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining a clean station.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, setting up golf stations, and assisting in bartending as needed. A valid driver license and at least 1 year of related experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Knowledge of POS system.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide immediate attention when seated.
• Describe daily specials and answer menu questions with suggestions.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly after preparation.
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintain an organized workstation and complete side duties.
• Set up and break down golf stations each shift.
• Handle checks and cash transactions using the POS system.
• Follow established order-taking, placing, and delivery procedures.
• Adhere to serving standards for greeting, cocktails, food delivery and service techniques.
• Practice tray service for all dishes and beverages.
• Cross-train in bartending service.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation.
• Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties
• Setting up and breaking down golf stations every shift
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Position requires to be cross trained in bartending service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Valid driver license required (driver license is will be required when operating the picker for range balls , golf cart)
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• At least one (1) years related experience and/or training.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the position.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system
