Job summary

ISMIRA Agency seeks Explorers Staff for Viking Ocean Cruises, providing frontline service at embarkation and during tours aboard the ship. You will check guests in, collect documents, and assist with immigration formalities while delivering star-level service in English.

Experience in hospitality and strong cash handling are required; shipboard experience is preferred. This role includes paid flights, shipboard accommodation, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year front-of-house experience in a five-star hotel or resort.
• Shipboard experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests and collect passports according to SOPs.
• Escort guests on shore excursions and coordinate tours.
• Assist Pursers with immigration formalities.
• Manage onboard accounts and cash handling.
• Provide concierge services for restaurants and activities ashore.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
