Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional with Active DoD Clearance in Carlsbad, CA to safeguard clients across aerospace and defense sectors. You will manage front-desk operations, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and access records.

As part of a dynamic team, you will monitor alarms and security systems, respond calmly to incidents, and support a welcoming, professional environment while upholding site procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• 18+ or 21+ depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front desk and manage site-specific access-control procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor/access records.
• Monitor alarms and security systems, and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives to maintain a professional front-desk environment.
