Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify identifications, issue visitor badges, and direct guests.
• Monitor entry points and visitor activity, report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols and notify contacts as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation while upholding a welcoming front desk environment.
