Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Guest Check In in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet visitors, manage access control, monitor entry activity, and deliver exceptional customer service at a commercial real estate location.

Position is Full Time with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Duties include front desk presence, visitor credentialing, and incident response in a professional, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience and a high school diploma as minimum.
• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required by Allied Universal.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a front desk in a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems from the front desk, reporting irregularities and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergency situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide directions and general information, and support a welcoming environment for all building occupants and guests.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
