Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and vendors at the front desk.
• Manage visitor and contractor check-in and verify credentials.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms and other security systems from a desk post.
• Receive and direct deliveries, calls and visitors while maintaining professional communication.
• Respond to incidents and document required reports.
