Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include CPR certification preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain logs.
• Screen vehicles, deliveries, contractors, and vendors per site procedures and coordinate access with site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
