Qualifications

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location within an automotive business environment.
• Greet visitors, verify ID and appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor/access records.
• Monitor facility access, follow site procedures for entry and restricted areas, deter unauthorized access.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general site information, and communicate professionally with client reps and leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency procedures.
