Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Visitor Services in Trenton, NJ. You will serve as a welcoming, highly visible front desk presence at a financial institution, managing access, screening visitors, and maintaining records while upholding safety and excellent customer service standards.

This role requires 18+ (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution front desk by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Welcome and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, review alarms and surveillance-related information as assigned, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer incoming calls, provide directions, and support a courteous and organized lobby environment.
