Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees at the front desk by following site procedures.
• Monitor access to the location and verify visitor credentials as required.
• Maintain visitor logs and direct guests to the appropriate personnel or areas.
• Observe front desk activity and report suspicious behavior or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, deliveries, and other activities.
