Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and staff at a multifamily residential location.
• Serve as a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access, and directing guests.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other systems and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following established procedures.
• Maintain logs, reports, keys, and front desk records with clear communication.
