Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and following visitor management procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Maintain logs, records and reports related to visitors, deliveries, access activity, and incidents.
