The role emphasizes customer service, incident response, and collaboration with building management to uphold a secure environment. Must be 18+ for unarmed roles and capable of background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while following site procedures and assisting with emergency response as needed.
• Monitor access to the property by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests per site policies.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, package, and key-control logs and relay information to building management.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating as per security procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an orderly lobby and deter unauthorized access with professional front-desk presence.
