Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors at a front desk location while following site security procedures.
• Verify visitor credentials and issue badges, maintain logs, and direct guests per site rules.
• Answer calls and manage reception communications; assist with routine inquiries.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following emergency procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain records of visitor activity and security observations and report unusual conditions.
