You will manage access, monitor entry activity, and support security-related procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires minimum 6 months of security-related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor front-desk access, verify visitor and delivery credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain logs.
• Answer phones, manage communications, provide directions, and coordinate with site contacts regarding arrivals and access questions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional reception area and deter unauthorized access to the location.
