Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence and deliver customer service according to site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor registration, and direct guests as per access protocols.
• Monitor access points and security systems and report unusual activity or maintenance issues.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident records and support front desk operations.
