Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Reception Services in Albuquerque, NM. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a tech-focused site, you will greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and support access procedures to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a tech-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests per site policies.
• Monitor access activity, visitor logs, and security systems; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations following escalation and communication procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, deliveries, incidents, and other front desk communications while protecting confidential information.
