Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Operations in Conshohocken, PA. You will serve as a welcoming front desk presence, monitor access, assist visitors, and support a secure environment with exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a retail location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate visitor logs and related documentation.
• Monitor entry points, access‑control systems, cameras, and alarms, and report unusual activity or security‑related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, including coordinating with appropriate onsite personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Support a welcoming retail environment while helping to deter unauthorized access, theft‑related activity, and disruptive behavior.
