Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Front Desk Service Ambassador in Easton, PA to greet visitors, verify ID, manage access, and support security operations at a commercial real estate site. You will provide outstanding customer service, monitor entry points, and coordinate with property management and leadership.

We value experience with access control and badge management, comfort with computer or tablet use, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Access control systems and badge management familiarity.
Basic computer or tablet skills; proficient with standard software and email.
Prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Greet visitors, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor records.
Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership.
