Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced for Easton, PA, delivering customer-focused security at a commercial real estate site. Expect fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra hours through the Earn More program.

Role emphasizes access control, badge management, and responsive communication with tenants and staff. Must meet minimum requirements and pass background checks and drug screening where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience and be able to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet for daily tasks and tasks like visitor management.
• Access control and badge experience preferred; familiarity with security protocols.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles if applicable.
• A background check and drug screening required by Allied Universal and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real-estate front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify identifications, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access to the location and report unusual conditions or access attempts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Communicate professionally with building management and Allied Universal leadership.
