Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Reception Intake in Orlando, FL. You will greet visitors, verify credentials, and manage access at a financial institution site, delivering courteous customer service.

You will respond to alarms and incidents, monitor lobby activity, and coordinate with site management while following established policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard Card/license preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome employees, clients, and visitors at the front desk.
• Verify visitor credentials and issue badges; maintain logs.
• Monitor entry activity and direct guests per site policies.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Answer calls, provide information, and maintain a professional front-desk presence.
• Observe lobby activity and report policy violations or security concerns.
