Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel and/or departments.
• Observe lobby and entry activity, report unusual conditions or incidents, and respond to critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Support emergency response activities by following established procedures and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or responding personnel.
