Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify appointments and credentials, issue visitor passes, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems; report unusual activity or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate building personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident records while supporting a professional, welcoming lobby environment.
