Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery personnel, and team members at a retail distribution location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points, incoming communications, and security-related systems from a stationary post; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Support a professional and welcoming front-desk environment while following established procedures for deliveries, contractor check-in, and outbound communications.
