This full-time role offers a pay rate of $21.74 per hour and a daytime schedule Monday through Friday, with a consistent shift pattern. A Guard Card/license and CPR are preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Staff the front desk and maintain a professional, welcoming presence while monitoring entry activity.
• Verify visitor identification, manage sign-in/out processes, issue temporary credentials, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general information, and support security-related administrative tasks.
