Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required by Allied Universal driver policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local rules.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, employees, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, maintaining visitor records, issuing credentials, and directing guests to contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow emergency protocols.
• Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining logs and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence that helps deter unauthorized access and supports a controlled front-desk environment.
