Job summary

Allied Universal in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Security Officer Driver Field Operations to safeguard clients across aerospace/defense locations. You will monitor access points, patrol facilities, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to follow policies, and reliable teamwork. You’ll work Monday to Wednesday, 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, earning $21.75 per hour with opportunities for training

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.
Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents following reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, access points, and parking areas.
Monitor access to controlled areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized activity.
Document incidents and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
