Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients via site procedures and access-control protocols.
Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report issues according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents calmly, coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Answer calls, provide directions, and maintain shift reports.
