Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report unusual activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures, coordinating with emergency responders when needed.
• Assist with directing visitors and deliveries while maintaining a professional front desk presence.
