Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and maintain entry logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, escalating when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, grounds, and perimeter areas.
• Complete reports and logs, sharing observations with leadership.
