Allied Universal in Weehawken, NJ is seeking a Security Officer – Visitor Management Desk (Part Time Enhanced) to provide front-desk security services at a commercial real estate site.

The role offers fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. The pay rate is $19.45 per hour, with flexible part-time hours and potential path to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check required by law for employment.
• 21+ for armed roles; 18+ for unarmed positions.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk for tenants, visitors, and employees.
• Verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Direct guests, vendors, deliveries, and service personnel with a professional front-desk presence.
• Monitor lobby, access points, alarms and communicate issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established safety procedures and involve emergency services when needed.
