Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a drug test at hire and randomly thereafter.
• Must be friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Must be willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
• Physically capable of standing/walking, incl. stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Front Desk agent, checking in and escorting visitors.
• Provide visual deterrence against unauthorized activity.
• Conduct hourly interior/exterior patrols; ensure doors/windows are secured.
• Ensure no unauthorized entry to restricted areas; monitor suspicious activity.
• Provide first aid or medical treatment in emergencies when needed.
• Follow site-specific post guidelines and report hazards or repairs.
