Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must pass a drug test at hire and randomly thereafter.
• Must be willing to become CPR/1st Aide/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Front Desk agent, check in and escort visitors while providing excellent customer service.
• Provide visual deterrence against unauthorized activity.
• Conduct hourly interior/exterior patrol to ensure doors and windows are secured.
• Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
• Identify suspicious persons or activities and report hazards.
• May provide basic first aid in emergencies.
• Follow site post guidelines and report safety issues.
• Document daily activities and incident reports.
