Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license per Allied Universal policy.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation conducted per laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility interiors, loading areas, parking lots, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor/vehicle information.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, following site procedures and notifying staff.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and suspicious activity.
