This role emphasizes integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a people-first mindset, with daytime/evening shifts and a pay rate of $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence at a financial institution location while delivering customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests according to site-specific procedures.
• Answer and route incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate visitor arrivals or unusual activity to appropriate site contacts.
• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to established procedures.
