Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Staff the front desk, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points, answer calls, direct guests, and report unusual activity to responsible personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established security protocols and communication lines.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment at the utility location while deterring unauthorized access.
