Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Driver in Monroe, NY. You will protect clients across utilities locations, manage access, greet visitors, and maintain security operations while representing a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

This role includes a front desk position with badge control, calls handling, and incident response. A valid driver’s license and background check are required, with 18+ years or 21+ for armed roles as applicable.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Monitor and control front desk access by verifying credentials and issuing passes.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and relay information professionally.
• Respond to incidents and alarms per emergency procedures.
• Maintain front desk records and report unusual activity to supervision.
