As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Driver Concierge in Liverpool, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a utilities location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help support a secure, professional environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a utility operations location by following site-specific procedures and access requirements.
• Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting sign‑in and sign‑out processes.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems as assigned, and report unusual activity or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and communicate relevant security‑related information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
