Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to building destinations per protocols.
• Monitor front desk communications, access control systems, alarms, and cameras; report unusual activity or incidents.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, following emergency procedures when appropriate.
