Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background checks may be conducted.
• Drug screening may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk for tenants, visitors, and employees.
• Monitor access, greet and screen visitors, verify identifications, issue visitor credentials.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records; report arrivals or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity and access-control systems; report suspicious activity
