Job summary

Weber State University Department of Automotive Technology is seeking an Office Assistant for the Math Tutoring Center. As a reliable, detail-oriented individual, strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

This position requires 7–12 hours of work per week and offers an hourly pay rate of $14. The role may include an alternate work schedule. Please note that a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with the Math Tutoring Center queue process.
• Ensure tutors and students have necessary supplies for tutoring.
• Send professional email correspondence regarding center-related questions.
• Keep the center clean and organized.
