Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking dedicated team members for the role of Hyper Wellness Representative. You will be the face of each Restore location, delivering high-quality customer experiences and driving membership sales.

The position blends wellness education with proactive client engagement in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service and sales, a High School Diploma, and a passion for health.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in customer service (required).
• Experience: 1+ year in sales (required).
• Membership-based sales in health/wellness/fitness industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

• Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services.
• Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals.
• Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices.
• Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives.
• Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets.

Client Relations & Operations

• Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation.
• Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries.
• Conduct proactive outreach for promotions, events, and wellness opportunities.
• Leverage referral systems and follow-up protocols to strengthen client relationships.
• Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction.
• Anticipate and proactively address operational needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Promote Restore's mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
