Job summary

Drybar is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative in Salt Lake City, UT. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and appointments, process payments, and promote memberships while maintaining a smooth front desk operation.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized service. POS experience is preferred; salon or spa background is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment such as retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a warm, inviting first impression.
• Manage check-ins, appointments, payments, and front-desk operations.
• Recommend retail products and promote Drybar memberships.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk area.
