• Answer calls, respond to messages, and assist with scheduling inquiries.
• Manage client profiles and notes to personalize service.
• Process payments, tips, and transactions accurately and professionally.
• Educate clients on membership benefits and retail products.
• Collaborate with stylists and management for smooth operations.
• Handle client questions and feedback with patience and professionalism.
