Massage Envy Hamburg, New York is hiring a Wellness Support Specialist. Full-time role requiring availability for mixed morning and evening shifts (8:00am – 8:30pm) including weekends.

You will support service providers and front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming, calm environment for members and guests. You’ll contribute to exceptional customer service, answer calls, assist with scheduling, promote the Wellness Program, and help re-engage inactive members.
